Steve Lensing

Steve Lensing has a strong background in total rewards and global compensation. Steve has held senior leadership positions in various companies, including Zelis, where they are currently serving as the SVP of Total Rewards. Prior to joining Zelis, they were the VP of Global Total Rewards at UKG and Qlik. Steve also served as the VP of Global Total Rewards at Radian Mortgage Insurance Inc. Steve has experience in preparing compensation structures and benefits programs, as well as retention programs and IPO preparations. Steve has worked for renowned companies like Atlassian, SAP, SuccessFactors, eBay, Numonyx, and Intel, where they held roles in total rewards management, equity design, benefits program management, finance, and financial analysis.

Steve Lensing holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Double Bass Performance from DePaul University, which they earned between 1989 and 1993. In addition, Steve Lensing has obtained various certifications, including "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn. Steve is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Fellow, obtained in December 2007.
