Conor McGuinness

Conor McGuinness has a diverse work history, starting with their current role as Co-Founder & COO at Zelta (Techstars '22), a company that utilizes generative AI to help enterprise SaaS product teams understand customer feedback and priorities. Prior to this, from 2015-2022, McGuinness worked at The Health Management Academy, starting as an Enterprise Sales representative and advancing to Senior Director, where they successfully built strategic partnerships and voice of customer business lines. Conor also served as a US Market Advisor & Growth at FemTech Lab from 2020-2021, and prior to that, from 2014-2015, they worked at Ernst & Young as an FS Assurance professional, focusing on audits and financial services analysis.

Conor McGuinness has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Trinity College Dublin. Conor also has completed a certification in Behavioral Economics in Action from the University of Toronto in February 2017. Additionally, Conor has pursued further studies in Accounting and Finance at Chartered Accountants Ireland.
