Pierce Healy

Pierce Healy has a comprehensive work experience starting from 2013. Pierce initially joined McKinsey & Company in 2013 for a role in the Venture Academy. In 2014, they became an Analyst in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte, and later transitioned to a Consultant role focusing on Digital & Customer Strategy from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they briefly worked at Pegasystems in Corporate Development. From 2019 to 2022, Healy returned to McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Consultant. Currently, they are a Co-Founder and CEO at Zelta, a Techstars '22 company.

Pierce Healy has a diverse education history. Pierce completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2017 to 2019. During their time at Boston College, they were also a Denis O'Brien 82 Fellow.

Prior to their MBA, Pierce Healy completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at Trinity College Dublin, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.

Pierce'ssecondary education took place at Franciscan College Gormanston from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained their Leaving Cert.

In addition to their academic achievements, Pierce Healy also holds a certification in Python Programming Fundamentals, which they obtained from General Assembly in July 2020.
