Bill Pruett

Bill Pruett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems automation and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Systems Automation Architect and previously as a Senior IT Systems Administrator at ZenBusiness since November 2021, Pruett has held various roles including IT Engineer at Sysdig, IT Support Specialist at Medable, Inc., and IT Support Engineer/Network Administrator at Zift Solutions. Additional experience includes technical support positions at Apple and a long tenure as a Music Instructor at Cary School of Music. Pruett holds a Doctor of Music in Music Composition from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Arts from Campbell University.
