Abhi Deshmukh

Abhi Deshmukh is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk since February 2018, overseeing product development for the Zendesk Support Suite, which includes a range of omnichannel solutions. Prior to this role, Abhi served as Head of R&D for Autodesk Singapore from September 2004 to February 2018, where responsibilities included managing engineering for four business units and establishing a large, cross-functional engineering team. Abhi's career began as a Software Engineer at Selectica and later progressed to Senior Technical Manager at Neilsoft. Abhi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from COEP Technological University.
