Andrew Condon

Andrew Condon is the VP of Global Strategic Operations at Zendesk. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in business operations and has been with Zendesk for over 4 years. Prior to their current role, they were the Senior Director of Global Business Operations at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. In this role, they were responsible for leading the transformation program to turnaround Aruba's support renewals business. Andrew also built the new Customer Success organization from design through implementation in support of Aruba's cloud go-to-market strategies.

In their previous role at Zendesk, they were the VP of Global Strategic Operations and was responsible for leading the strategic change portfolio to enable GTM Operations. Andrew has extensive experience in driving strategic planning and operational execution disciplines to enable business growth. Andrew is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is able to execute complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Andrew Condon has a Materials & Production Engineering degree from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
