Caroline Gorincour Jessen

Caroline Gorincour Jessen currently serves as the Chief People & Diversity Officer and VP People Partners at Zendesk since September 2021. Prior to this, Caroline held various leadership roles at Cisco from November 2007 to September 2021, including Senior Director of People & Communities for the Global Operations Organization, where strategic advice on organizational transformation and talent management was provided. Additional positions at Cisco included Senior Director HR for the Global Data Center Business Group and HR Leader for Cisco France, focusing on HR strategy and employee relations. Caroline's career began at IBM, where roles ranged from Talent Leader for Southwest Europe to EMEA Recruitment Partner, culminating in extensive expertise in human resources management. Caroline earned a Master's degree in International Human Resources from San Francisco State University and a BA in Human Resources from SKEMA Business School.
