Kevin Shen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and leading technology projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Zendesk since May 2022, Kevin specializes in Kubernetes, Golang, and AWS, focusing on k8s operators. Prior to this role, Kevin led the tech team at Labour Hire Authority as a Senior Developer/Tech Lead, overseeing D365 and .NET full stack development on Azure cloud.
