Reetu Kainulainen

Reetu Kainulainen serves as VP Product for AI Agents at Zendesk since March 2024, following a tenure as CEO and Co-Founder of Ultimate, where the company was recognized as a leading customer service automation platform until its acquisition by Zendesk. Reetu has played a mentorship role at SAP.iO and Techstars since 2018 and 2019, respectively. Previous experience includes being CEO and Co-Founder of Culinar, transforming an idea into a successful product in a competitive market, and working as a Systems Specialist at Cybercom Group, focusing on IT support and customer service. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Fighter Jet Mechanic with the Finnish Defence Forces. Reetu Kainulainen holds a Master of Science in Technology from Tampere University of Technology and a Master of Science in Computing Science and Cognition from the University of Groningen.
