Vikash Chandra

Vikash Chandra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vikash started their career as a B.tech student in electrical and electronics engineering at Kalasalingam University from June 2011 to May 2015. Vikash then worked as a machine technician at a confidential company from June 2015 to February 2016. After that, they served as a management trainee at Dabur Nepal for three months from March 2016 to June 2016.

In 2016, Vikash worked as an IT technical recruiter at Adept Solutions Inc. for six months. Vikash then joined Infotree Service Inc. as a technical recruiter from January 2017 to July 2017, where they were responsible for driving the hiring process and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

From July 2017 to July 2020, Vikash worked as a senior US IT recruiter at SoftSages Technology. In this role, they gained experience in recruiting and hiring processes and worked with state clients like State of PA, State of Ohio, State of Texas, State of Delaware.

In 2020, Vikash joined ICONMA as a senior technical recruiter from August 2020 to March 2021. During this time, they utilized their senior-level expertise in technical recruiting.

Currently, Vikash works at Zenex Partners, where they have held multiple roles. Vikash started as a team lead from May 2021 to March 2022, overseeing various staffing needs across different industries. Since March 2022, they have been serving as a client engagement and delivery manager, responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality candidate submissions, managing a team of recruiters, and implementing cost-effective candidate sourcing strategies.

Vikash Chandra completed their Higher Secondary School education from St. Xavier School in Delhi between 2009 and 2011. During this time, they focused on the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Kalasalingam University from 2011 to 2015.
