Michelle Fabian

Michelle Fabian serves as the VP of Facilitation and Coaching Solutions at Zenger Folkman since July 2023. Prior experience includes over 17 years at Wells Fargo, where Michelle held roles as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant and Learning & Development Consultant, focusing on leadership and professional development for a large workforce. Earlier in career, Michelle worked at Best Buy as a Senior Learning Design/Developer, designing and implementing training programs for a diverse range of business units. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in HR and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
