Amanda Koski CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Amanda started their career at Marquette University as a Resident Assistant, where they provided guidance and support to incoming students. Amanda then worked as a Kitchen Manager at Golden Age Cinemas, where they successfully improved the quality and efficiency of concession sales. Amanda transitioned into the education field as a Mathematics Teacher, first at the School District of Beloit and then at Kenosha Unified School District. In these roles, they utilized technology to engage students and developed creative approaches to teaching.

Amanda later joined UniCarriers Americas Corporation as a Sales Program Analyst/Database Manager, where they managed a sales database and ensured sales metrics were met. At Advicent Solutions, they worked as an Implementation Specialist, combining instructional design, project management, and corporate training skills. Amanda also served as a Support Specialist, assisting customers with software support and acting as an Enterprise Case Owner for large enterprise customers.

Amanda then moved on to Foley & Lardner LLP, where they initially worked as a Learning Designer, creating engaging training content and establishing an incoming project process. Amanda later took on the role of Senior Technology Learning Coach, where they promoted a technology-first approach to education and designed new hire orientation programs.

Most recently, Amanda joined RiskOptics as a Senior Instructional Designer and eLearning Expert. Amanda is responsible for developing learning materials, managing the learning management system, and leading the launch of a new learning management system platform.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated strong project management, instructional design, and training skills. Amanda is experienced in collaborating with stakeholders, designing effective learning materials, and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Amanda Koski CSPO obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Education from Marquette University, spanning from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including the Camtasia 2022 Explorer Certification from TechSmith (obtained in March 2023), the Scrum Product Owner certification from Mountain Goat Software (obtained in July 2022), and the eLearning Instructional Design certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) (obtained in June 2021).
