Heather D'Urso

Heather D'Urso has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Heather began their career in 1997 as a Sr. Marketing Coordinator at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Heather then served as an eConsultant at the same company from 2000 to 2001.

From 2000 to 2003, Heather worked at Aquilent as a Project Manager / Sr. Business Analyst. Heather was responsible for projects in Washington, D. C., and Columbia, MD.

Heather then joined the United States Postal Service in 2003 as a Sr. Web Program Manager for USPS.com, based in Washington, D. C. Heather held this position until 2005.

In 2005, Heather became the Vice President of HDJ Media, where they worked until 2012.

In 2012, they joined Vision Technology Services as a Project Manager. Heather worked there for seven months before transitioning to Zenith American Solutions, Inc.

At Zenith American Solutions, Inc., Heather has held several positions since 2012. Heather started as a Senior Project Manager and worked until 2017. In 2017, they became the Director of the Project and Program Management Office. Finally, since February 2020, they have assumed the role of Vice President of Business Transformation.

Heather D'Urso completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a focus on French at Ithaca College. Prior to that, they studied Media Management at Anne Arundel Community College from 2005 to 2007. In 1994 to 1997, they also pursued studies in Japanese at Aeon Japan.
