Michelle Tenberg has extensive experience in operations and customer care contact center operations. Michelle held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Zenith American Solutions from December 2016 to present. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Global Service Center Operations at the same company from December 2013 to December 2016. Before joining Zenith American Solutions, Michelle worked at ACS, a Xerox Company, where they served as the Director of Customer Care Contact Center Operations from September 2009 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing business strategies across multiple call centers. Michelle also worked at Qwest Communications for over a decade as the Director of Operations from April 1993 to January 2004.

Michelle Tenberg obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of New Mexico between 1991 and 1995. Michelle also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, although the exact dates are unknown.
