Don Bye has over 25 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Don began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where they were responsible for weekly inventory of food and liquor, training and scheduling of bar and wait staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personal attention. In 1995, Don Bye joined Champps as an Assistant General Manager, where they recruited, hired, supervised, scheduled, and motivated a staff of up to 70 employees, established and built relations with vendors, and established and maintained community relationships. In 1998, Don Bye became the Director Of Operations at Campus Partners Inc., where they successfully maintained healthy profit and loss figures, coached 8 managers in three different restaurants, and orchestrated training programs for new employees. In 2014, Don Bye joined Delaget as a Customer Success Manager, where they directed and coordinated end-to-end personal services operations pertaining to assigned users of the company's products, training, demonstrations, and project management. Don also identified and capitalized potential business opportunities by engaging with front line employees, business owners, corporate users, and corporate executives. Most recently, in 2021, Don Bye joined Zenoss as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Don Bye obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from UW-Stout. In October 2013, they earned an Associates in Project Management from Watermark Learning/Auburn University. In December 2021, they completed Zenoss Cloud Operator Training from Zenoss.
