Steve Anness has worked in the IT industry for over a decade. In 2007, they began their career as an IT Support Technician / Cooperative Learning Program at MailMax Direct. Steve then took an IT Intern position at Manitou North America in 2008. Later that same year, they began working at HISG as an ICT Support Analyst. In 2010, they moved to Hostgator.com as a Linux Systems Administrator. In 2011, they joined Zenoss where they have held four roles: Customer Success Architect, Senior Project Manager, Staff Client Services Engineer, and Client Support Engineer. In each of these roles, Steve has provided technical guidance, training, program management, and support to clients.
Steve Anness attended Texas State Technical College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Networking & Systems Administration - UNIX.
