Marshall Dean

Marshall Dean has worked in the IT field since 2010. Marshall started their career as a Sr. IT Systems Administrator at Accruent in 2010, where they were responsible for developing LAN and WAN system plans and managing network diagnostics. Marshall then moved up to a Sr. IT Systems Analyst role, where they were responsible for installing, validating, and supporting Accruent applications. In 2017, they moved to Zenoss as a Sr. IT Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for managing and evolving the IT infrastructure. Prior to their career in IT, they held the position of Technology Intern at Richardson ISD in 2009 and Assistant Manager at Sonic Drive-In in 2001.

Marshall Dean obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Technology Management with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University between 2005 and 2010. Marshall also obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in June 2007 and a VMware Certified Professional 6 and 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization from VMware in August 2016 and July 2018, respectively.
