Adriana Vieira

Adriana Vieira has extensive work experience in various roles. Adriana started their career as a Programadora at São Paulo Seguros in 2000-2001. Later, they worked as an Analista de Sistemas at Beltsys Plus Consultoria from 2006 to 2007, where they participated in project planning and implementation in the banking sector. Following this, they worked at Petrobras (contratada da empresa Spassu) from 2007 to 2011, holding roles such as Líder de Projeto and Analista de Projetos. During this time, they were responsible for maintaining data models, avoiding redundancy, and ensuring data consistency. From 2011 to 2014, Adriana worked as a Gerente de Projetos Pleno at Petrobras (contratada da empresa Sonda IT), where they were responsible for managing the IT project portfolio and providing updates to senior management. In 2014, they joined Plano Consultoria Empresarial as a Consultora de Projetos, where they implemented Project Management Offices (PMOs) for Eletrobras in Roraima and Amazonas. Adriana developed methodologies and prepared teams for PMO activities and ensured alignment with strategic goals. Adriana then held roles such as Gerente de Projetos at Oakmont Group and Professional Services Leader at D1 in 2018. Currently, they work at ZENVIA as an Operations Manager - Portfolio since 2018. In 2017, they also worked as a Professora at Impacta Tecnologia.

Adriana Vieira's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Adriana also holds an Especialista degree in Corporate Systems Development from Faculdade de Administração e Informática - FAI, earned from 2005 to 2007.
