Bruno Biribio Woerner

Bruno Biribio Woerner has a diverse work experience spanning several positions in the technology industry. In their current role as Head of Product Engineering at ZENVIA, they oversee the product development process. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager at ZENVIA, where they led the development team for the Zenvia Service product.

Before joining ZENVIA, Bruno was a Tech Manager at Movidesk, where they managed three engineering squads and led a team of 20 people. Bruno was responsible for the development of the Movidesk system, a SaaS platform hosted on AWS.

Bruno also worked as a Gerente de Desenvolvimento at Quick Soft Tecnologia, where they managed the development area and led a team of 25 employees. Bruno implemented Azure DevOps and introduced a change in the development methodology from Scrum to Kanban. Bruno also played a key role in building new products using C# .NET Core and Vue.

In their role as Gerente de Projetos at WMW Systems, Bruno managed implementation projects for Automation of Sales Force solutions. Bruno led three implementation teams and worked with clients such as Makro, Grupo BIG, and Iconic.

Prior to that, Bruno worked as a Gerente de Desenvolvimento e Produto at Trier Sistemas, where they managed eight teams with 60 people. Bruno oversaw the development of new solutions for the Retail Pharmacy industry and was involved in the construction of a new architecture based on microservices.

Bruno also gained experience in product management as a Gerente de Produto Planejamento e Alianças Estratégicas at BR CONSELHOS. Bruno was responsible for defining and managing new products and projects based on the strategic planning.

At Senior Sistemas, Bruno held multiple roles, including Coordenador de Sistemas and Analista de Sistemas. As Coordenador de Sistemas, they managed a team of 30 employees and played a crucial role in the transition to a new cloud-based ERP platform. As an Analista de Sistemas, they contributed to the migration of systems from Delphi to Java and developed integration platforms.

Bruno's early career began at Philips, where they worked as an Analista de Sistemas. Bruno was involved in the development of integration platforms using XML and HL7 standards and worked on proof-of-concept projects related to mobility.

Bruno Biribio Woerner completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic IT Management at INPG Business School from 2014 to 2016. Bruno also pursued a Master's degree in Applied Computing at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau between 2005 and 2009. Bruno also attended UNIASSELVI in 2004-2005, where they acquired a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Bruno holds several certifications from Kanban University. Bruno obtained the KMP - Kanban Management Professional certification in January 2023, the KSI - Kanban Systems Improvement certification in January 2023, and the KSD - Kanban System Design certification in December 2022.
