Cássio Vargas

Cássio Vargas has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Cássio started their career at Unisys in 2009 as a Technical Trainer, where they developed training programs and improved employee skills. Cássio then worked at TOTVS as a Support Consulting, providing assistance to customers and installing new releases. In 2011, Cássio joined Dell, where they held multiple roles including L1 Agent Client Support Analyst, L2 - Tech Lead / Client Tech Support Specialist, and Datacenter ProSupport Engineer. Cássio solved technical problems, managed escalated cases, and contributed to knowledge management. Cássio then joined Sicredi as a Jr Data Analyst, where they worked until 2020, gaining experience in data analysis. Afterwards, they joined e-Core as a Data Analyst & Service Delivery Lead, where they developed data pipelines, created ETLs, and managed the environment using various tools. Currently, Cássio works as a SR Data Analyst at ZENVIA, leveraging their analytical skills in the company.

Cássio Vargas completed a degree in IT Management with a focus on Information Technology from UNIASSELVI in 2020. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they attended IBAT College Dublin, where they studied General English.

In addition to their education, they also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they earned the KMP Foundation I certification from Lean Kanban Inc. In 2015, they became a Certified Storage Engineer (SCSE) through SNIA and obtained the CompTIA Storage Powered by SNIA ce certification from CompTIA. Furthermore, they recently acquired the Professional Data Engineer certification offered by Google in October 2020. Additionally, they completed a course on Data Manipulation with Python, provided by TargetTrust, although the specific month and year of completion are not available.
