Heloísa Valdívia

Heloísa Valdívia has work experience in various roles related to data privacy, law, and intellectual property. In 2019, they worked as a Legal Intern at Junqueira e Cardone Sociedade de Advogados until March 2020. Following that, they worked as a Legal Intern at Daniel Law from March 2020 to November 2020. In June 2021, they had an internship at Carina Quito Advogados where they focused on Digital Law and Corporate Criminal Law. From August 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Data Privacy Intern at Keeggo. From August 2021 to June 2023, they were a member of the Nucleus of Intellectual Property and Digital Law Studies at NEPIDD PUC-SP. In May 2022, they started working as a Data Privacy Analyst at Keeggo, and in May 2023 they moved to ZENVIA for the same role. In October 2020, they co-founded EasyTermos.

Heloísa Valdívia studied Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, specializing in the field of Direito. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various areas. Heloísa holds a certification in Design for Privacy from Instituto de Tecnologia e Sociedade (ITS Rio), obtained in December 2022. Heloísa also has a certification as a Vendor Risk Management Expert from OneTrust, obtained in April 2022. Heloísa holds a certification in ESG na Prática: Proteção e Geração de Valor from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, obtained in October 2021. Additionally, they have certifications as a Data Mapping Expert and a OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional from OneTrust, both obtained in August 2021. Heloísa also has a certification in CPE - Cambridge English: Proficiency from the University of Cambridge, and a certification in Proteção de Dados from FGV, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
