Clarissa Wilke has a diverse background in human resources and consulting. Clarissa is currently working at ZENVIA as an HRBP Manager, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at the same company from June 2022 to April 2023.

From 2018 to 2022, Clarissa worked at Unimed Porto Alegre, where they started as a Leader HRBP in July 2018 and later transitioned to the role of HRBP, Culture & Org Design in October 2020. Clarissa held this position until June 2022.

Before that, Clarissa gained significant experience at Grupo RBS, where they worked from 2012 to 2018. Clarissa started as an HR Business Partner/HR Consultant and progressed to the role of Senior HR Business Partner. During this time, they worked closely with executives and managers, provided coaching support, managed high-impact restructuring projects, and facilitated the implementation of HR processes.

Earlier in their career, Clarissa worked as a consultant at RIZZATTI Gestão de Confiança, where they focused on people management and strategy. Clarissa also worked as an analyst of research at ALLCON Consultoria de Resultados, where they conducted qualitative and quantitative studies on organizational climate and satisfaction.

Clarissa's professional journey began as a consultant at OBJETIVA JR - Consultoria Empresarial, where they worked from 2006 to 2009.

Overall, Clarissa Wilke has acquired extensive experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, restructuring projects, performance management, talent assessment, and research analysis throughout their career.

Clarissa Wilke completed their undergraduate education between 2006 and 2010 at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, where they obtained a degree in Bacharel em Administração de Empresas (Bachelor of Business Administration) with a field of study in Administração de Empresas (Business Administration). In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Post Graduation program at FADERGS, specializing in Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their formal educational background, Clarissa Wilke has obtained various certifications. In 2010, they acquired proficiency in English from Hansa Language Centre. Clarissa further enhanced their language skills by completing an English program at the International House Dublin in August 2016.

In terms of professional development, Clarissa Wilke completed several courses and programs. In December 2017, they earned a certification in Business Partner em RH (Business Partner in Human Resources) from Insper. A year earlier, in July 2018, they completed a course on Leadership from the same institution. In August 2019, they enrolled in Insper for a program called ESTRATÉGIA: PLANEJAMENTO E EXECUÇÃO (Strategy: Planning and Execution).

Furthermore, in September 2020, they obtained the certification of Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner - Delivered by People Change from Prosci. In December of the same year, they completed a course on Leadership and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Most recently, Clarissa Wilke attended an Executive Program at StartSe, obtaining the certification in February 2023.
