Lucas Pereira

Lucas Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Lucas worked at ZENVIA from 2019, where they held positions such as Cyber Defense Assistant, Assistente de Infraestrutura Corporativa, and Auxiliar de Infraestrutura Corporativa. Prior to that, they worked at Sitel in 2018 as an Analista de Suporte Técnico, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Dell projects. Lucas also worked at Accenture from 2014 to 2015 as an Analista de Suporte Técnico, offering technical support for existing systems, handling critical cases, and performing basic to intermediate level tasks such as remote access setup, software installation, and incident resolution for Linux/Windows systems.

Lucas Pereira attended Fatec Carapicuiba from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Digital Game Development with a focus on Programming of Digital Games. In July 2018, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Information Security from e-Security.
