Msc. William Maillaro

William Maillaro, MSc. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. William is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at ZENVIA, where they are responsible for HR BP strategy for the SaaS organization. William supports growth, sales, and customer experience through talent strategy and organizational design, as well as providing leadership mentoring and budget planning. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Consultant at WM Capital Humano, where they acted as a strategic partner for company leaders, providing leadership training, mentoring, and performance management support. William also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Voith Group for 5 years, overseeing HR operations and managing a team. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Grupo Renac and held the position of HR Consultant at Siemens, where they focused on appraisal schemes, learning and development, and career planning support.

William Maillaro, MSc. obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from FGV-Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2007. In 1997, they obtained their degree in Electric Engineering from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.

In addition to their educational background, William Maillaro also holds several additional certifications. In 2023, they completed the "Prosci® Taking Charge of Change" certification from Prosci. In 2018, they obtained the "MBTI Step I & II - Ferramenta de Assessment" certification from Fellipelli Instrumentos de Diagnóstico e Desenvolvimento Organizacional. In 2017, they completed the "Business & Executive Coaching" certification from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, and in 2016, they obtained the "Design Thinking" certification from Design Echos.
