Rodrigo Fortes

Rodrigo Fortes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rodrigo is currently working at ZENVIA as a Cyber Defense Analyst, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, from June 2021 to March 2023, they worked as a Pleno Corporate Infrastructure Analyst at ZENVIA.

Before joining ZENVIA, Rodrigo worked at Lojas Renner as an IT Services and Applications Analyst from July 2017 to June 2021. Rodrigo gained further experience in the technology field at IBM, where they held the position of IT Specialist from June 2013 to September 2016.

Additionally, Rodrigo has experience in support roles. Rodrigo has also been involved in implementing and managing fleet systems, installing redundant link servers, and providing technical support to users.

Rodrigo Fortes has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology. Rodrigo attended Faculdade de Tecnologia Senac from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Analysis and Systems Development, specializing in Information Technology. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2002, they attended SENAI and completed a Technical degree in Industrial Informatics. In 2011, Rodrigo returned to Faculdade de Tecnologia Senac and pursued another degree, this time in Network Computer Technology, which they completed in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo Fortes also holds a certificate in Communication and Public Speaking obtained in April 2023 from Escola Conquer.
