Thiago Batista

Thiago Batista's work experience begins in 2010 as an intern at Multiprinters, where they stayed until March 2011. Following this, they worked as an intern at IBL Soluções em Informática from March 2011 to October 2011. Later in 2011, Thiago joined Indústria e Comércio de Malhas Pinguim as a Technical Support Technician and remained there until June 2018. From July 2018 to July 2020, they worked as an IT Analyst at IBL Soluções em Informática. In 2020, Thiago began working at Nvoip as a Junior Support Analyst, providing assistance to clients through various channels. Thiago then progressed to the role of Senior Support Analyst, where they continued to assist clients and resolve their technical queries until November 2021. Currently, in 2021, Thiago is working as a Technical Support Analyst at ZENVIA.
