Nathalie Kroh

Nathalie Kroh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nathalie is currently serving as the Team Lead HR Systems at Zeppelin Group, a role they started in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Project Manager at the same company from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Zeppelin Group, Nathalie worked at Deloitte Deutschland, where they held multiple roles. From June 2019 to October 2021, they worked as a Senior in Talent Acquisition, HR Projects & Employer Branding for the Financial Advisory department. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition professional in the same department from October 2017 to May 2019. Nathalie also worked as a Referentin HR Sourcing from March 2017 to September 2017 at Deloitte.

Nathalie's work experience also includes a Leadership Trainee position at pluss Personalmanagement GmbH from November 2016 to March 2017. Nathalie has also interned at Vodafone, where they completed their Master's Thesis on Strategic Recruiting/Employer Branding for Enterprise from January 2016 to July 2016. Prior to this, they worked as an Intern in the same field from August 2015 to January 2016.

Nathalie'scareer started with an internship at AUDI AG, where they worked as an Intern in Human Resources Business Partnering from June 2013 to November 2013.

Nathalie Kroh holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Internationales Management from Hochschule Bochum, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor internationale from ESC Sup de Co La Rochelle during the period of 2012 to 2013. Nathalie has also earned several certifications, including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute in August 2021, Agiles Projektmanagement from LinkedIn Learning in March 2021, and Projektmanagement bei Deloitte from Deloitte Deutschland in February 2020.
