Vladimir Nikic has a wealth of experience in the software development and information technology industries. From 2010 to 2021, they have held various roles across multiple companies. In 2010, they were a Member of Sector Group for Tourism and Cultural Heritage at Enterprise Europe Network, a Secretary of UNESCO Chair at Enterprise Europe Network, a Project Member at NOSIC team, an Organization Comity at Najbolja tehnoloska inovacija/Competition for the Best Technology Innovation in Serbia, and a Project Assistant at TEMPUS HELP. In 2011, they were a Project Assistant at Complexim project. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Team Member at Danube Pie and from 2016 to 2019, they were an Innovation Manager and Business Development Officer at Zesium. Finally, from 2019 to 2020, they were a Bussines Engineer at Fleaty and a Project Assistant at Mobilise SME programme.

Vladimir Nikic obtained their Master's Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Novi Sad in 2001. From 2007 to 2009, they attended the Univerzitet u Novom Sadu for Spec. studije iz e-poslovanja. In 2016, they earned a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Unesco Chair for Entrepreneurial Studies at University of Novi Sad. In addition, they have two certifications: a Danube Innovation Partnership Summer School on Knowledge and Technology Transfer from the Joint Research Centre - European Commission's Science Service in 2014, and a Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice from Telford College of Arts and Technology in 2010.
