Rinsy Backer

Rinsy Backer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rinsy has recently worked as the Head of People at ZET, a fintech company focused on connecting consumers to financial brands. Before that, they held the position of Heading Talent Acquisition Practice - All Tech and Product at PharmEasy, one of India's largest healthcare aggregators. Rinsy also co-founded BixTic, a HR as a Service (HaaS) organization, where they provided customized HR services for organizations. Rinsy has previous experience as a Manager - Human Resources at QikPod, a cloud-enabled IoT product and service company, and as a Practice Manager at CareerNet Technologies, where they led leadership recruitment strategies and practices. Additionally, Rinsy has worked in talent acquisition roles at Yahoo! and Huawei, where they handled various technical recruitment responsibilities. Rinsy started their career as an IT Recruiter and later became an HR Lead at a confidential company, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment and HR activities.

Rinsy Backer completed their education with a Master's degree in Electronics from M.G University, which they pursued from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Calicut, attending from 2001 to 2004. Before entering university, Rinsy attended school in New Delhi, where they completed their A.I.S.S.C.E (All India Senior School Certificate Examination) and C.B.S.E (Central Board of Secondary Education) in the year 2001. Additionally, they achieved their A.I.S.S.E (All India Secondary School Examination) from the same school in New Delhi in 1999.
