Aileen Gray

Director of Strategic Impact at Zeta Charter Schools

Aileen started her career in management consulting at THRUUE Inc., where she partnered with senior leaders across social and commercial sectors to develop and implement strategies aligned with their mission, vision, and values. Her clients ranged across a variety of industries, including affordable housing, healthcare, museums, hospitality, and electronics engineering and manufacturing. More recently, Aileen worked for the National Park Service as a business strategy consultant at Grand Canyon National Park. Outside of work, Aileen also helped launch an international development nonprofit called Bangladesh Relief Initiative for Communities in Khulna where she served as Communications Director and secretary to the board for three years. Drawn to Zeta’s belief that every child has the right to a quality education, Aileen is excited to apply her strategic planning and organization development expertise to help scale Zeta’s impact and reach more students. Aileen holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in English and creative writing from Washington College.
