Chris D’Amato

Chris D’Amato started his career as a special education teacher in Phoenix, Arizona. After teaching for four years, Mr. D’Amato became a Program Manager for Reading Partners, a non-profit organization focused on high-quality reading education, in its San Francisco office and later its New York City office. In this role, he managed the program at multiple school sites across both cities. Mr. D’Amato transitioned into school operations in 2015 when he joined Uncommon Schools, heading all operations at an elementary school in Brooklyn, New York. At Zeta, Mr. D’Amato leads the way on excellent school operations across all of our school sites. Mr. D’Amato received his M.A. in Special Education from Arizona State University and his B.A. in History and Religion from Wake Forest University.
