James-Thomas Gladden

James-Thomas Gladden has extensive work experience in the engineering field. James-Thomas started their career at Engineered BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Process Engineer from 2011 to 2016. James-Thomas then worked at Xellia Pharmaceuticals as a Process Engineer Aseptic Manufacturing from 2016 to 2018. Gladden joined Fresenius Kabi USA as a Sr Project Engineer from 2018 to 2020, and later became a Manager from 2020 to 2021. James-Thomas then transitioned to Cross Company, where they worked as a Sr. Project Manager from February to October 2021. Currently, Gladden is at ZETA, having held the positions of Project Developer from October 2021 to August 2023, and currently serving as the Director of Engineering.

James-Thomas Gladden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
