Faruk Okcetin

Faruk Okcetin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Faruk is currently working as a Regional Sales Manager at Zeto since July 2021. Previously, they served as Co-Chairman of the North Carolina Blockchain Initiative, where they led a bi-partisan initiative focusing on the unique attributes and use cases of blockchain technology. Faruk also worked as the Principal of Phoenix Solutions LLC for ten years, providing high-quality surgical products and innovative technology to various clients.

In addition, Faruk has a background in politics, as they ran for the District 7 seat of the Wake County Board of Commissioners in 2020. Faruk emphasized fiscal responsibility and efficiency in government operations. Faruk also co-founded the Cryptolina Conference, a prominent blockchain and digital currency event, serving as a Co-Founder and organizing globally recognized leaders in the industry.

Their career also includes roles as President of GeneSYS-RX, specializing in autonomous fingerprint recognition technology for securing drugs and improving medication adherence. Faruk was also the EVP of Chaos Management, LLC and the owner of The Brass Taps Bar and Grill. Faruk started their professional journey as an SVP at CitiFinancial.

Faruk Okcetin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 1990 and 1995.
