Jasna Jayaraj

Jasna Jayaraj is an experienced Product Owner and Analyst with a strong background in automation and product management. Currently at ZF Group as a Product Owner for the Reporting Platform, Jasna defines the product roadmap and prioritizes the backlog to align with business goals. Previously, at Dell Technologies, Jasna developed automation solutions using the vRealize Cloud Automation Platform and focused on automating customer catalog forms in ServiceNow. At Boeing, Jasna served as a Product Owner for RPA, where responsibilities included developing RPA bots and maintaining adherence to best practices. With experience as a Business Process Analyst at Boeing and a Consultant at Logic Information Systems, Jasna has been involved in various retail projects and applications support. Jasna holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University.
