Helen Liu

Helen Liu has been working in the hospitality industry since 2008. Helen began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Hohhot. Helen then moved to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts where they worked as a Marketing Service Executive and Reservations from 2010 to 2015. After that, they worked as an Operation Manager at Jperation.com from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at Zhiketong 直客通.

Helen Liu attended Inner Mongolia Normal University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commercial English & Tourism Management. Helen also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the same university from 2005 to 2007.
