Ivy Liu

Ivy Liu has worked in the hospitality industry for over 8 years. Ivy started their career as a Trainee at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 2012. Ivy then moved to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 2013 as a Club Concierge, and was promoted to Club Butler in 2015. In 2018, they joined Heavens portfolio as a Sales Manager, and is currently working as a Business Manager at Zhiketong 直客通.

Ivy Liu attended Sichuan University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management.
