Deb Hoffman

Deb Hoffman is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Zignal Labs. Deb has over 30 years of experience in human resources, including previous positions as Vice President of Human Resources at Barracuda Networks and Senior Director of Human Resources at Dell EMC, Data Domain. Deb was also previously employed at Intel for 14 years.

Deb has a proven track record in talent acquisition and management, as well as corporate development and M&A. Deb was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of two new product lines into Dell EMC, Data Domain which had an additive impact to BRS revenue in excess of 50 million dollars.

At Zignal Labs, Deb is responsible for leading the human resources team and overseeing all HR related functions for the company. Under their guidance, the team works to attract, develop and retain the best talent, while also supporting the company's business strategy.

Deb Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the State University of New York at Delhi.

They work with Mark Torrey - SVP, Customer Success & Operations, Alex Del Castillo - VP, Public Sector, and Adam Beaugh - President. Deb Hoffman reports to Guy Churchward, CEO.
