Monika Miglani

Monika Miglani has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Monika is currently an Associate Director - HR at ZIGRAM since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Devyani International Limited from August 2019 to November 2022 as a Senior Manager - HRBP Lead, where they handled HR responsibilities for Costa, Food Court, and Airport divisions. Before that, Monika worked at Mercer as a Process Manager - HR from July 2016 to July 2019. Monika also worked at Schneider Electric as a Deputy Manager - HR from January 2011 to July 2016. Additionally, they worked at Aon Hewitt as a Specialist in Recruitments from May 2008 to January 2011. Monika began their career as an HR Assistant at Fidelity Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2006 to May 2008. Monika also gained experience as an HR Executive at Copal Partners from August 2005 to January 2006, and at GE Capital from September 2004 to August 2005.

Monika Miglani completed a PGDM in HR from the Bridge School of Management in 2014. Before that, they earned a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2007. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce from Delhi University in 2000. Monika completed their schooling in business and commerce at Frank Anthony Public School in 1997. In addition, they obtained certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP™) from SHRM in April 2015.
