Nathan Rabold leads Zilliant’s global Customer Success team. He works to constantly evolve Zilliant’s success methodology, content, and best practices to ensure our customers maximize their business outcomes and user adoption. During his time at Zilliant, Nathan has been in both solutions and customer success roles. Prior to Zilliant, he was a consultant at Deloitte and Tokyo Electron, working to plan, design, and implement custom software solutions.
