Kristin Gonzalez

Kristin Gonzalez has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Kristin began their career as a Financial Advisor/Financial Planning Specialist at Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley in 2004. Kristin then moved to Tech Data in 2006, where they were a Product Manager. In 2009, they were a Business and Conversation English Teacher, M5/M6 at Bang Pa-in "Rachanukroh 1" School. Following this, they were an English Teacher at Apollo English in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Business English Teacher at Comunicorp. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Foreign Trainer at Wall Street English and a Freelance English Corporate Trainer. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Software Engineer at Synctree, Inc. and HealthFleet. During their time as a Software Engineer, they developed Ruby on Rails, React and Javascript applications for clients, collaborated with a distributed team, and iterated new features and changes. Kristin also solved technical issues, tested, and optimized applications.

Kristin Gonzalez received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School between 2001 and 2003. Kristin then completed a Full Stack Web Development Apprenticeship at Bloc in 2015. In 2007 and 2008, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of South Florida. Prior to this, they attended Boston University in 2000 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Web Application Architectures from Coursera in September 2014, Programming for Everybody (Python) from Coursera in August 2014, Discover DevTools from Code School, JavaScript Road Trip Part 1 from Code School, Rails 4: Zombie Outlaws from Code School, Rails for Zombies Redux from Code School, Shaping up with Angular.js from Code School, and Testing with RSpec from Code School.
