Lisa Barksdale

Lisa Barksdale, MBA, CIPP-US, currently serves as the Director of Privacy & Compliance Monitoring at Zillow, where responsibilities include building and overseeing a comprehensive Privacy Program to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Prior to Zillow, Lisa held the position of Senior Vice President and In Business Privacy Officer at Citi, where governance for the Privacy Program was developed and risk assessments were managed. At TD, roles included Vice President overseeing Compliance Program Management for Data Privacy and leading initiatives that captured over 900 regulatory controls. Lisa's career also includes leadership roles in compliance and operations at CareerCo, CNA Insurance, AIG, Amtrak, and State Farm Insurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rider University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University.
