Lori Winkler

Lori Winkler is the current SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Zimmer Biomet. Prior to that, they served as the WW Vice President of Human Resources for Medical Segment at Cardinal Health from November 2016 to January 2020. In that role, Lori led all aspects of talent supply for franchise and developed internal recruiting capabilities leading to $1.5 million in savings from external recruiting fees. Lori also institutionalized a national Diversity internship program and significantly increased Diversity hiring via college/MBA recruiting strategy. In their previous role as Global Head of Human Resources for Global Finance at World Headquarters for Johnson & Johnson, Lori served as an HR business partner for the Endovascular Research & Development organization of Cordis Corporation while providing HR support to the VP, R&D and their leadership team. Lori also managed staffing for the franchise. Lori began their career at DePuy as Worldwide Director of Human Resources in November 2008 and held that role until April 2011.

Lori Winkler holds an Executive Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, an MS in Human Resources Development from Barry University, and a Ph.D in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Lori also has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and Eckerd College. Lori is also certified in Leadership/Executive Coaching.
