Darren Houser has over 25 years of work experience in the field service engineering industry. Darren started their career in 1995 at Texas Heating Equipment Company, Inc. where they performed maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of combustion and steam generation equipment. Darren then joined Power Maintenance International in 1999, providing 24-hour service for repair and maintenance of customer UPS systems. Darren also executed startup and decommissioning of UPS systems and assisted with battery installations. In 2003, they joined Power Protection Services, LLC as a Senior Field Service Engineer, assuming a lead role in daily operational activities and contributing to significant revenue and personnel growth. From 2012 to 2015, Darren worked at Quality Uptime Solutions, performing the same duties as at Nationwide Power Solutions, Inc. and also training new hires. Darren then joined Nationwide Power Solutions, Inc. in 2015 as a Senior Field Service Engineer, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS) at various customer sites. In 2023, they worked as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Toshiba International Corporation before transitioning to their current role as a Senior Field Engineer at ZincFive, Inc.

Darren Houser has a diverse educational background with a focus on technical fields. Darren completed an Associate of Arts degree in HVAC-R (Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration) from Tyler Junior College between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electronics from DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
