Zinda Law Group is looking for an Office Manager to help run our offices and assist in variety of project and administrative duties. Problem solvers with excellent attention to detail who enjoy tackling high level responsibilities are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with a roll-up-your-sleeves, get the job done no matter how big or small mentality. 

This is an in-office position, based in our North Austin, Texas office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Operations departments including: managing an extremely active calendar of meetings appointments, completing and compiling reports, attending executive meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes;
  • Manage and coordinate assignments for our Admin Assistants and Front Office Coordinator;
  • Act as point of contact between the Operations, IT, senior management, and staff;
  • Utilize project management skills to drive high level assignments with organizational impact to completion;
  • Ensure the office is operating at a high level and looks professional at all times;
  • Vendor management, including negotiating agreements and evaluating performance;
  • Manage office supply inventory;
  • Prepare confidential correspondence;
  • Partner with IT to troubleshoot tickets and ensure action items are resolved;
  • Assist in managing the administration budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or associate’s degree;
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, or Executive Assistant;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly;
  • Ability to build relationships with all staff, including our Executive Team;
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
  • Emotional maturity;
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently;
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response;
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000-$110,000+ depending on experience;
  • Paid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidays;
  • IRA plan with company contribution match (up to 3% match);
