Gordon Wetzstein

Founder & Chief Scientist at Zinn Labs

Gordon Wetzstein is the Founder and Chief Scientist at Zinn Labs. Gordon was previously an intern at Oculus VR, Magic Leap, Light, and Stanford University. In May 2013, they interned at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where they worked on developing a GPU-accelerated physical layer shared library that is used in wireless simulation and emulation.

Gordon Wetzstein received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Prior to that, they received their Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering also from Stanford University. Gordon completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Robotics and Mechatronics. Gordon Wetzstein began their educational career at Saint John's High School. Gordon later completed the Stanford Ignite program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
