Rakhi Deshpande

Rakhi Deshpande has over 16 years of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Rakhi is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Globalization Excellence at Zinnov, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, Rakhi worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Xoriant from July 2016 to March 2021. Rakhi also served as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Scaale Inc. - Talent Anywhere from June 2014 to May 2016, and as the Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Acrotrend Solutions Pvt. Ltd from January 2012 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, Rakhi worked at IBM India Pvt. Ltd, first as a Project Manager for Resource Planning and Delivery from April 2011 to January 2012, and then as the DGM of Recruitment from February 2008 to April 2011. Rakhi began their professional journey as a Business Account Manager at Softspin Services Pvt. Ltd from May 2005 to December 2007. Throughout their career, Rakhi has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Rakhi Deshpande has a diverse education history. Rakhi completed an Executive Course at the Indian School of Business. Rakhi also obtained a Masters in Computer Management (MCM) from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Program Management from ESI International Espa\u00f1a in March 2019, Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in December 2016, Advanced Extended DISC Administrator from Extended DISC in March 2015, and Principles of Project Management from IBM India Pvt Ltd in August 2011.
