Jon McDuffie

Jon McDuffie is an accomplished professional in crisis management with a comprehensive career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Head of Crisis Management at Zions Bancorporation since July 2025, McDuffie previously held the position of Vice President of Crisis Management at City National Bank from February 2024 to July 2025. As Managing Partner at On Scene Emergency Management Solutions from 2012 to 2023, McDuffie specialized in crisis response, contingency planning, and training programs. Prior to that, McDuffie worked as a Consultant from 2010 to 2012, offering services to small businesses and political candidates. McDuffie's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at the Los Angeles Fire Department from 1988 to 2009, where responsibilities included Fire Captain II and roles as a Recruit Academy Instructor and Public Information Officer.
