Maddie Stillman

Maddie Stillman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maddie most recently worked at Zipline.io as the Head of People & Culture, leading the company's human resources efforts. Prior to that, they served as a People Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining Zipline.io, Maddie worked at the Australian Department of Defence as a Workforce & People Business Project Officer, where they played a key role in managing various projects. Maddie also worked as a Contract Manager during their time at the department.

In 2021, Maddie participated in the Startmate Women's Fellowship program at Startmate.

Earlier in their career, Maddie had a role at Services Australia as a part of the APS1000 Workforce. Maddie also gained valuable experience as a Seminar Presenter at Elevate Education, where they delivered presentations. Additionally, they worked as a Barista at #Coffee and as a Team Leader at RAC Arena.

Furthermore, Maddie served as a Recruitment Manager at Teach Learn Grow (TLG). Overall, Maddie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in people and culture, project management, and leadership roles.

Maddie Stillman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Western Australia from 2016 to 2018. Later, in 2021, they pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Certificate of Law from Macquarie University.
