Christian Muhire has a varied work experience that includes roles in customer support, network operations, human resources, and operations management. Christian started their career as a Customer Support Executive at Deriv in June 2021 and worked in that role until May 2023. Christian then transitioned to the role of Network Operations Centre Analyst at the same company for a short period in May and June 2023. From June 2023 to December 2023, Christian served as the NOC Team Lead & QA Engineer at Deriv. Prior to their time at Deriv, Christian held the position of Jim Leech Mastercard Fellow at Queen's University from December 2021 to March 2022. Christian also worked as a Human Resources professional at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) from November 2020 to May 2021. Before that, Christian served as the Director of Operations at the OmniPeace Foundation from November 2018 to November 2020.

Christian Muhire completed a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Logistics and Operations at Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. In 2022, they participated in the Jim Leech Mastercard Fellowship program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Queen's University. Christian also completed a Global History Lab/Short Course in History and Civilization at Princeton University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Arts with a concentration in Business from Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2019. Christian Muhire received their High School Diploma in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology from Petit Seminaire St Jean Nkumba in 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas such as building relationships, networking, diversity and inclusion, and power performer skills from LinkedIn and ESSEC Business School in 2022 and 2023.
