Lorinda Adu-Gyamfi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lorinda started their career in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant at Rachel's Floral and Event Planning Center, where they provided information and assistance to wholesalers and retailers, organized meetings and appointments, and developed and maintained a filing system.

In 2017, Lorinda worked as a Research Intern at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission and as the General Secretary of the Local National Union of Ghana Students at the University of Energy and Natural Resources.

In 2018, they interned as a Research Intern at the LSB research group and served as the Speaker of Students' Parliament House at the University of Energy and Natural Resources.

In 2019, Lorinda served as a Co-Founder of the Youth Mentoring Scheme and as a Research & Administrative Assistant at Knust Central Laboratory.

In 2020, they joined Zipline and held various roles, including Fulfillment Operations Professional, Health Facility Training & On-boarding Responsible Person, and Customer Experience Lead.

In 2021, Lorinda took on the role of Learning and Development Coordinator at Zipline, where they handled employee training and professional development, developed induction programs, devised learning plans, produced training materials, monitored trainee progress, and evaluated and certified new staff.

Currently, as an Associate Recruiting Partner at Zipline, Lorinda plays a key role in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews and assisting with candidate selection.

Lorinda Adu-Gyamfi's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Mfantsiman Girls' Senior High School. Lorinda completed their studies there in 2014 and obtained a WASSCE certificate in the field of General Science.

Lorinda then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani. Lorinda started their degree in 2015 and completed it in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Lorinda has also obtained various certifications. In 2019, they received a Certificate of Participation for the "Strengthening Capacity of Youth Parliamentarians as Catalysts of Political Empowerment" project from the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD).

In 2020, they obtained the Industrial Fire Protection and Fighting certification from the Ghana National Fire Service, as well as The COSHH Risk Assessor Certification™ and The COSHH365 Software Certification™ from The International Association for Chemical Safety™.

In 2021 and 2022, they received two Certificates of Recognition from the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR). Additionally, in 2022, they obtained the African ChangeMakers Fellowship Program certification from the African ChangeMakers Initiative (#ACi).
